For lunch today I made a Mee Goreng style noodle soup with some mock fish, mushroom and mixed peas, carrot capsicum etc. It was pretty sweet.

For dinner I cooked a chickpea and veg cacciatore.

Where do you get mock fish from?

I got this lot at Loving Hut in Mt Gravatt. You can get a lot of mock meats from Asian grocers and shit.

Lunch was meant to be just a simple pasta & tomato sauce, but as the pasta was cooking I realised that the sauce was nv and had a bit of a fuuu. Anyway, with crisis being the mother of invention, I whipped up some motley combo in a wok feat. pasta, tofu, carrot, onion, garlic, soy sauce, satay seasoning, capers, chili, soy milk, salt and pepper. Didn't taste too bad for what I was expecting, the tofu was a bit old and shit but.

Would kill for some cheesecake right now. What flavour did you get/where from?

Breakfast - A banana & a pint of mixed orange and cranberry juice.
Lunch - Ham and salad tortilla wrap
Dinner - Steak & Mushroom guiness pie.

The only thing I paid for was the banana, I love working in a kitchen sometimes.
